This beautiful, round dinner table is a real eye-catcher in your dining room. The table has an industrial yet warm appearance due to the combination of metal and recycled elm wood. The wood is precisely inlaid by hand as a mosaic, pure craft! Place several chairs around the table and let it form a beautiful whole together.
Recycled elm wood is one of Rivièra Maison's most used woods. The wood of this North American elm, aged by nature and daily use, was taken in the past to make front doors.
About 80 to 120 years later, we reuse these front doors 'untouched' for parts of new furniture such as table tops, cabinet doors and drawer fronts. The furniture thus acquires a natural, weathered look. The pre-used doors are brushed clean, rinsed off and sawn to the exact dimensions of the furniture item. The imprints of hinges, locks and door handles are still clearly visible, making each piece of furniture a unique piece. Old, worn and pure nature.
